At the beginning of each consultancy, we start with requirements analysis by identifying and evaluating user requirements to understand customer needs. Based on this, together with our customer, we define project organization by project goals, project plan, budget and resources as well as identifying chances and risks.

System Design

We design reliable and efficient systems meeting customers’ requirements by fulfilling objectives and by including stakeholders with their roles and responsibilities. This involves reviewing design documents and specifications to meet industry standards as well as ensuring design in accordance with vendors’ capability and obligations. We identify and address discrepancies or issues before installation begins.

Project Management

We ensure that your projects are completed on time, in budget and to satisfaction of stakeholders. We take responsibility for overseeing all aspects of a project including project goals, project plan, allocating resources, managing chances and risks as well as monitoring progress.

Commissioning

We verify all components are installed correctly and according to design documents. We conduct tests to verify each component and system operates as intended. Testing under normal operating conditions as well as under various load or stress conditions verifies the overall system meets the specified performance criteria. Together with vendors we provide training to the operators and maintenance personnel and assist during going live.
